I've been taking my cars to Kevin and Tony for decades. Without a doubt the best tire service in the city. Honest guys to deal with and always a quick turn around.

After a lot of research for a place to obtain and install a set of tires for my vehicle, I settled on Big O Tires and quickly discovered I made the best choice. The service was beyond what I expected in that due to a situation beyond my control, they actually picked up my vehicle and then returned it when the work was complete. (Something they never do.) Grant you I live only a few blocks from their shop, but still it was beyond excellent service for them to do this. Every interaction with Tony, Gary and Tyler was great whether by phone or in person. I highly recommend Big O Tire @ 1319 Quadra St. Victoria, B.C. Thanks, guys, for making this task such an easy and pleasant one!

We were driving from Winnipeg to Vancouver. Got a nail in front tire. Called Big O and they fit us in right away. Went for lunch while tire was repaired. Great service and very professional, pleasant staff. I would highly recommend Gary and the staff and service at Big O.

I've been a customer of this location for several years, and my latest experience was as good as all the others. A problem with the suspension was diagnosed and repaired at a very fair price. They explained exactly what the was causing the problem, what was done and why it was necessary. If I could give more than five stars, I would. I give the highest possible recommendation to this location of Big O Tires for anyone who has tire or mechanical issues.
