came in to the shop because my rear brakes were making noise, they did a brake evaluation found that my jeep needed rear brake pads that they were worn down to 1 mm and that the pads and rotors needed to be replaced, they were able to save the brake calipers, and replaced the brakes in a matter of a hour and a half and also sanitized my vehicle. sales staff Luke and Tony were fantastic to deal with and were very professional. highly recommend Big O Tires Victoria

This year I decided for the first time to fit winter tires. I have a 2018 Ford Fusion Sport, and the OE brakes and wheels are significantly larger than the other Fusion models. Big-O recognized this immediately, researched the fit of a 18" steel rim and Yokohama IG53 245-45R18. Their research meant the wheels were fitted and changed within 1h and are absolutely perfect. The summer tires were bagged and inside the car when I arrived to collect. Significant saving over 19", and very competitive compered with the other major suppliers in the region. I can thoroughly recommend Big-O Tires.

Thanks for your excellent service replacing my rear brakes and shocks on my 10-year-old Pontiac G5. Your staff are very knowledgeable and made sure everything was okay with my car. I couldn't be more pleased!

Have been dealing with Quadra Big Breast tire exclusively for decades. The staff and mechanical crew perform excellent work and no detail is overlooked. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting good product and great service!
