Can't say enough good things about Big O Tires Victoria!!! I have taken my vehicle to them for years and so has my Dad. I have referred several friends to them as well. No matter what I take my vehicle in for, whether it's an oil change, new tires, or an unknown problem, the staff are extremely helpful, prompt and friendly. I always get a phone call before they do any work that was not discussed to get my okay! Thank you and I will continue to recommend and take my vehicle to Big O Tires.
Beyond impressed with the customer service here. I had a tough case for these guys and they problem solved quickly and efficiently. Not only did they accommodate my demanding work schedule they had my complete tire set ordered and installed quickly. I will definately reccomend Big O tires on Quadra and return there myself. At the age of 80, I have dealt with dozens of tire and repair shops both here and in Alberta. These folks are the very best. They have terrific service, are extremely competent, well stocked and equipped to tackle virtually all jobs and makes of vehicle. Unlike many, they suggest ways to save money rather than the reverse! I have the greatest respect for their professionalism and ability..
I called at approximately 1:15 this afternoon I needed an oil change before leaving on a surprise road trip. Lucas asked me if I could bring it in at two. So I brought it in at 1:45. 45 minutes later Lucas came to talk to me. He said that my brakes needed changing. He took the time to explain to me the shape my brakes were in. I really appreciated that. Not only did I get an oil change a the filter in the dash needed changing and my brakes done all within two and a half hours. Customer service is A Plus. They even had todays paper ! Now my 🚗 will keep my cousin and I safe. Thankyou 😍❤️ I can't say enough about the service.
I've been discussing lowering my car and adding spacers with Lucas for many months now. He has been incredibly helpful despite my reluctance to actually buy anything. Once we decided on the best approach, he had all the pieces ordered promptly. He went above and beyond and took the time to ensure everything was going to fit and look awesome. When Lucas was not available, both Tony and Chris were excellent, flexible and accommodating. Furthermore the guys installing in the back were great. Overall, I had a top notch experience and my car looks great. Thanks everyone!
