This year I decided for the first time to fit winter tires. I have a 2018 Ford Fusion Sport, and the OE brakes and wheels are significantly larger than the other Fusion models. Big-O recognized this immediately, researched the fit of a 18" steel rim and Yokohama IG53 245-45R18. Their research meant the wheels were fitted and changed within 1h and are absolutely perfect. The summer tires were bagged and inside the car when I arrived to collect. Significant saving over 19", and very competitive compered with the other major suppliers in the region. I can thoroughly recommend Big-O Tires.

Came in with a flat tire about a week ago. Bought the tires at Big O so the flat was fixed for free, which is great. However, when taking off the spare, the guy noticed it was soft and discovered the valve was leaking. So what does he do? He replaces the valve. The cost? "Don't worry about it. There's no charge." Great service, quick service, all with a smile.

Can't say enough good things about a team of guys who not only do a good job on your vehicle, but who took it on themselves to upgrade a tire size for my pick-up truck that they felt would be a better fit for my vehicle and I have to tell you, they were so spot on! The icing on the cake. It was done at no extra cost. Very unusual in this day of fast food; fast net connections; and fast services by others who want to get you in and out the door. Kudos to the team.
