I recently purchased winter tires and am very happy with them. I have dealt with this Big-O Tire for many years, and Lucas always gives such good quality customer care. He is honest, efficient, knowledgeable, kind, and I am never disappointed in the service or quality he recommends. I know that he is giving me the same assistance and advice he would give his own mother. I moved to Saltspring 6 years ago, and even though there are good vehicle services here, I choose to come back to Big-O in Victoria. They bag up my tires, so they are clean and tidy to put away for the next season. Thank-you to Lucas and all the other staff.
I needed a tire reseated to fix a small leak at the bead. The folks at Big O did a great job with a quick turnaround. They were fast and friendly and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend Big O Tires.
