Thanks to a great team! I came to get my tires changed for the Spring and left with two new ones. I also forgot my wallet and Lucas was kind and let me call-in my credit card. I ONLY ever go to Big O Tires as the service and quality is outstanding. This visit was no exception! Thanks again and keep up the great work! :)

needed a set of tires - made some phone calls, competitor would not quote over the phone - Big O - Chris - sold me in five minutes. They accommodated me with in an hour. Communication and service that backs them up gets 5 star rating. Thanks Big O - Victoria - Quadra Street

Looking for new mags .Manager showed me a set that looked great and recommended a set of Pirrellli winter tyres. Loved the look but but vibration at speed. They rebalanced. Still vibrates. They check the tyre, out of round. Tyre replaced, wheels look killer and the Perrellis are the best winters I've used. Thing is,without a problem you dont know if the company will resolve the situation. Id rather not have a problem but am happy with the result.

I recently purchased winter tires and am very happy with them. I have dealt with this Big-O Tire for many years, and Lucas always gives such good quality customer care. He is honest, efficient, knowledgeable, kind, and I am never disappointed in the service or quality he recommends. I know that he is giving me the same assistance and advice he would give his own mother. I moved to Saltspring 6 years ago, and even though there are good vehicle services here, I choose to come back to Big-O in Victoria. They bag up my tires, so they are clean and tidy to put away for the next season. Thank-you to Lucas and all the other staff.

I was shopping around for new Tires for my Suburu Impreza, and from the get-go I was super impressed with Lucas and his excellent customer service skills. He was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and really listened to what I was asking for in a tires ability to handle certain road conditions. #1. Must be exceptional in rain & heavy rain conditions, which we get alot of on Vancouver Island. #2.Tire would also perform well in the ice & snow. He recommended Kumho Solus HA31 and I am really, really happy with them!!They got a huge test this past Thanksgiving weekend, when the rainfall was one of the heaviest I have ever experienced driving on the island highway. But the tires were just amazing, and not once did I feel it 'hydroplane'. Safety is everything! I have also had other vehicle repairs done with Big O, and appreciate the consistency of good service. Thanks Big-O!!
